Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Shipping takes 6–12 days. We offer a flat shipping rate on all orders.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order at any time.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
