Refund policy
We want every customer to feel confident shopping with Plondry. That's why we have a 30-day satisfaction policy — if something goes wrong with your order, we're here to make it right. Please read below to understand what is and isn't covered. We only address eligible issues within 30 days of the delivery date. Eligible issues are limited to: items that arrived damaged or defective, items with a manufacturer defect, or orders where the wrong item was sent. Outside of these circumstances, we are unable to process returns or issue refunds.
Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or has a quality issue, contact us at support@plondry.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. You do not need to return the item — you keep it. Once we've reviewed and approved your claim, we will send a replacement and issue a partial refund as a goodwill resolution.
Wrong Item Sent
If we made an error and sent you the wrong product, we sincerely apologize and will make it right immediately. Contact us with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll ship out the correct item at no additional cost and issue a 20% store credit for the inconvenience. No return is required on our end.
Wrong Size or Color Ordered
We strongly encourage all customers to review our size chart carefully before placing an order. Orders placed with the incorrect size or color by the customer are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement. Please double-check your selections at checkout — once an order is placed, we are unable to make modifications.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not issue refunds or accept returns for change of mind, fit preferences, or subjective dissatisfaction with fabric feel, stretch level, or appearance. Product details — including fabric composition and fit guidance — are clearly described on the product page. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
